For Freedoms x Summit
We worked with For Freedoms, the first artist-run SuperPAC, and Summit at Sea to conceptualize a vehicle for political engagement in the run-up to the historic 2016 election.
We were tasked with the strategy and production of a creative activation that would both respond to and influence the complex political battleground of the Miami-Dade County area.
Through field research, we determined the best medium for our campaign would be a form of political messaging vernacular to Florida - the mobile ad truck.
The For Freedoms team curated a collection of original art to be displayed on the truck, artists such as Marilyn Minter, Dread Scott, Hank Willis Thomas, Carrie Mae Weems, Zoë Buckman, Trevor Paglen, Pablo Helguera, Kameelah Janan Rasheed, Nari Ward, Bayeté Ross Smith, Cassils, and others.
Using social media analytics, we mapped out the events and locations that would have significant attendance and represented diversity in political beliefs, demographics and zip codes.
