As Portland experiences a surge of economic growth, driven in part by the tech community, there was a need to address increasing economic inequality in a city historically marked by racial exclusion. We created a collaborative research process to evaluate the state of the pledge and designed pilot projects for the alliance to implement. [SEE MORE]

A strategy for a New Orleans non-profit, PlayBuild NoLa, to chart future opportunities in their mission to transform under-utilized urban spaces into exciting, kid-friendly environments for play and learning. [SEE MORE]

In the tension between labor and capital, labor union organizers joined with communities to launch a nationwide movement to demand a $15 minimum wage and greater workplace rights. I was part of a team that developed a creative strategy for their campaigns and mass mobilizations. [SEE MORE]
